Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: 6 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use jumplead.io, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. This statement explains how accessible the website is, what we test, where we know it falls short, and how to tell us about a problem.

1. How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. On this website you should be able to:

  • move around every page with a keyboard, with a visible outline on whatever has focus
  • skip straight past the menu to the main content
  • use a screen reader, with a label on every button, link and form field, and one main heading per page
  • pause any moving video or scrolling strip. Every video has a pause button, and if your device asks for reduced motion, videos don’t start on their own and moving strips stop

2. What we test

We check every page with automated accessibility testing (axe, against WCAG 2.2 AA) at desktop and phone sizes, and we test the main journeys with a keyboard alone. We last did both on 6 October 2026, and fixed what we found.

3. Known limits

  • The booking calendar on our call pages is provided by Cal.com and loads in a frame. We give the frame a clear name, but we can’t change everything inside it.
  • Some large step numbers are decorative and deliberately pale. The order is also given by the list itself, so nothing is lost if you can’t see them.
  • Our videos are decorative and have no sound, so they have no captions.
  • The PDF copy of a Free Sales Audit report may not be fully accessible. The same report is on its own web page, which is.

4. Tell us about a problem

If anything on this website is hard to use, email info@jumplead.io with the page and what went wrong, and we’ll get back to you. If you need something from the website in another format, ask and we’ll do our best to help.
