This policy explains how JumpLead contacts people it hasn’t spoken to before, for its own business and for its clients.
1. Who we are
JumpLead Ltd runs business development for its own business and, under contract, for its clients. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17006118, at 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, England, EC2A 1NT.
2. Who we contact
- We only email named people at limited companies, about something relevant to their role.
- We never email consumers or sole traders, and we never use consumer lists.
- Business contact details come from established B2B data providers, and we verify every email address before we use it.
- Before we call anyone, we screen the number against the TPS and CTPS registers.
3. How we write and send
- Every email names the person sending it and the business it’s for.
- Each email is about something real and relevant to the person receiving it, such as their role or a recent change at their company.
- Each mailbox sends a limited number of emails a day, spaced out over the working day.
- We don’t send bulk advertising.
4. Our sending domains
We send outreach from separate domains, so our own and our clients’ main domains are kept apart from it. Each sending domain is registered to us, forwards to the website of the business it’s for, and is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
5. If you want us to stop
Reply to any of our emails asking us to stop, or email info@jumplead.io with the address we wrote to. We will stop contacting you and add you to our do-not-contact list.
To raise a concern about an email we sent, email info@jumplead.io with the address it came from.
